The People
you'll actually See.
Diabetes, thyroid disease and hormone disorders don’t get sorted out in a seven-minute visit. Our providers take the time to read the whole picture your labs, your history, your day-to-day and then explain it to you in language you can use
- Founder & Medical Director
Ahmet Ergin, MD
FACE, CDCES, ECNU
- Endocrinology, Diabetes & MetabolismInternal Medicine
Dr. Ergin opened this practice to treat the whole metabolic picture rather than one lab value at a time. He earned his medical degree with honors from Marmara University School of Medicine in Istanbul, then completed both his internal medicine residency and his endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
He is board certified in endocrinology and in internal medicine, and holds added certification in clinical densitometry for bone health and ECNU certification for thyroid ultrasound and biopsy so neck ultrasound, fine-needle aspiration and radiofrequency ablation of thyroid nodules are all done here, in the office, by the same physician who reads them. His approach pairs conventional endocrine care with nutrition, metabolic and hormone-optimization strategies.
Dr. Ergin has published in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinology. Outside the exam room, he teaches a worldwide audience through his medical education channel, translating diabetes, thyroid and hormone science into plain language.

Neveen Siblini APRN
- Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Neveen Siblini is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who works alongside Dr. Ergin under his supervision. Much of the week-to-week work of endocrine care runs through her: reviewing labs between visits, adjusting insulin and thyroid doses, starting and titrating weight-management medications, and setting up continuous glucose monitors so patients can see what their numbers are actually doing.
Her background in family practice means she looks past the single gland in front of her blood pressure, kidney function, lipids and mood all get accounted for, and she coordinates with your primary care physician rather than working around them. Patients tend to describe her visits as unhurried and easy to follow.

Behind every visit
The rest of the team you'll get to know.
Front desk, medical assistants, insurance and referrals, our in-office lab and ultrasound staff. They’re the ones who get your prior authorization approved, chase down the records from your last endocrinologist, and call you back the same day. Most of our patients know them by name within two visits.
